- Do you help with storm damage insurance claims?
- We inspect the roof and document what we find with photos and a written report, which is what your insurer needs. We don't file or negotiate the claim for you — that stays between you and your carrier.
- How long does a roof replacement take?
- Most residential tear-off and replacement jobs finish in one to two days, weather permitting. We confirm the schedule in writing before we start.
- Will the quote change once you start?
- The written quote is the price. If we uncover hidden decking rot once the old roof is off, we stop, show you, and get your approval before any additional work.
- What does the workmanship warranty cover?
- Ten years on our installation — flashing, fastening, and workmanship. That's separate from and in addition to the shingle manufacturer's material warranty.
- How do you protect my property during a tear-off?
- We tarp landscaping, protect the siding and windows, and roll the yard and driveway for nails twice before we leave.
